Cats should have current rabies and regular annual vaccinations. It’s advised to have these vaccinations administered at least a week before boarding.
There is a $1.50 per day administration charge for prescription medications. If the kennel supplies medications (e.g., for diarrhea or stress), an additional $3.00 per day is charged. Injections or special medical needs incur an extra $3.00 per day.
Each cat has a private indoor kennel with a window, perch, cozy bed, and litter pan. They also enjoy private playtime, outdoor views with opportunities to watch wild birds and one-on-one interactions with staff.
The first cat is charged $25.00+gst per day(stat holiday / seasonal rates $30.00), and each additional cat staying in the same kennel is charged $15.00+gst per day( stat holiday / seasonal rates $20.00+gst). The day of drop-off is a full day’s rate. On the day of departure, a half-day rate applies if leaving before 11:00 AM; after 11:00 AM, a full-day rate is charged.
Single-night stay minimum charge fee: While we are happy to provide single-night accommodation, due to the large amount of work, care, supplies and effort we apply to every visit, we require a minimum charge for our services.

Yes, Country Kennels caters to dogs with special needs, including those with allergies, disabilities, or specific dietary requirements. We can administer raw food diets (additional charges apply) and can accommodate various dietary needs.
Doggy Daycare operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Dogs have opportunities to play and socialize with other guests or enjoy individual playtime and personal walks with staff members, depending on their needs. They also have access to large fenced exercise yards for active play.
Dogs should be in good health. After one year of age, they must be spayed or neutered and have up-to-date vaccinations before attending daycare.

Pocket pets are housed in a clean, quiet area separate from larger animals. We also use gentle, species-appropriate handling techniques to keep your pet calm and happy.
We perform daily wellness checks, observing eating/drinking habits, droppings, behaviour, and overall condition. Our attentive and experienced team promptly addresses any signs of distress or illness.
