Depending on the weather. All outdoor areas are for playtime and potty time, so we get the dogs out as much as we can throughout the day, depending on the weather and which kennel the dogs are assigned to. At the bare minimum, our furry guests are let outside 6 times a day and 10 times max if we need to do shorter shifts outside when the weather is cold.
The amount of time depends on dogs in/out Kennels, which will have the doors open from 11:00 am-5:00 pm, meaning they have access outside that entire time during the summer months when the weather is nice.
Yes, this ensures our furry guests are cozy, safe, and comfortable during their stay.

Our outdoor play areas cover over three acres of securely fenced space, giving all dogs plenty of room to run and explore. We provide shaded spots, natural terrain, and engaging features designed to encourage exercise, play, and mental stimulation. Dogs also enjoy leashed nature walks through our grassy fields, rainy-day activities under covered areas, and one-on-one playtime with our staff to keep them active, happy, and social.
We offer a wide variety of toys for dogs of all sizes, ensuring there’s always something fun to enjoy – whether playtime happens indoors or outdoors, we’ve got every pup covered.
Our indoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to balance rest, comfort, and play, especially during colder months when dogs spend more time inside. Each pet enjoys their own private kennel featuring soft bedding, solid walls to help reduce noise, in-floor heating, and proper ventilation for year-round comfort. Throughout the day, pets also have access to outdoor areas filled with toys and supervised activities, allowing them to stretch their legs and burn energy safely.
For dogs who thrive in calmer, quieter settings – such as seniors or more anxious pets – we offer kennels located away from high-traffic areas, as well as peaceful outdoor spaces tailored to their needs. Bonded pets are welcome to stay together in shared suites, and if your furry companion has a favourite comfort toy they can’t live without, they’re more than welcome to bring it along for their stay.
